WHY IS GOOD LEADERSHIP THE PRIMARY SOLUTION?
Just as physical diseases are ultimately cured by addressing the root causes of the problem instead of the symptoms, effective solutions to family problems are ones that address the root causes of the issues, resulting in long-lasting family harmony. Since the quality of leadership determines the quality of health and harmony in a family (or any group of individuals), the primary solution is to foster the development of leadership qualities in each member.
What is a leader's job?

To successfully orient and move a group of people toward constructive outcomes.

To clarify the primary roles and responsibilities of each member, and to actively prepare each member for added responsibility and for the inevitable transition of new leadership.

To communicate the core values and guiding principles of the group.

To inspire young adults to navigate and contribute to the world gracefully and thoughtfully, and to outline a realistic path toward maturity and happiness.
